The Bristol, Gurugram, a landmark destination for both business and leisure travellers, re-launched its revamped all-day dining multi-cuisine restaurant – Palmyra, by hosting an exclusive masterclass with Executive Chef Anil Dahiya.
The event is the first of many more to be hosted at the hotel as The Bristol has transferred managerial operations and activities to a new team of well-established industry professionals who aim to rehabilitate and restore the hotel, exploring its true potential. The first Masterclass by Executive Chef Anil Dahiya showcased his exemplary talent of fusing international cuisines with Indian tastes that can equally appeal to both the Indian and continental palate.
The re-launch kicked off with the chef preparing an Italian risotto with a surprising twist of flavours, featuring the Indian Khichdi followed by an interactive session with the media and guests.
The launch event concluded with a sumptuous buffet-spread which incorporated cuisines from regions across the world.
The refreshing Palmyra menu for the launch offered a lavish spread of dishes such as African Chicken Satay ,Asparagus and Cucumber Sushi,Avocado Sushi,Avocado Green Apple and Orange Salad ,Calmari,Chicken Hawaiian Salad,Corn and Sweet Pepper Salad ,Dahi Bhalla,Fish Teriyaki ,French Cornfed Chicken in Wine Sauce,Paneer Kurchan Roll,Moong Dal Ka Halwa,Pasta Salad,Pork Bailey with Smoke BBQ Sauce,Prawns Goan Curry,Shaahi Paneer,Skinny Potato and Veg. Tendon.
This place has a great ambience with very beautiful interiors.There are limited places in gurgaon where you get to experience multi cuisine and Palymra is one such place.I personally loved Paneer Khurchan roll with Coriander & peanut sauce which was something unique followed by Sushi.The Chef made sure every item was well prepared and presented.
The menu also incorporates sumptuous signature dishes like Chicken and Goat Cheese, Maas ki Kachodi, Tomato Tea Consommé and many more.
I would recommend everyone to go and try out their refreshing menu which includes wide variety of dishes and dessert.The service is top notch with extremely trained staff.I really had a great experience and will surely visit again.
