What are some of the best roads/routes in India for Bike Riders?

1. Neriamangalam-Idamalayar Dam checkpost. Nice tarmac, very less traffic and a peaceful ride.

2. Sahyadris – Kashedi ghat — NH17 (during monsoons): Well-maintained roads, greenery and free flowing curves.

Road on top of a hill, drops on both sides.

3. Mussoorie-Dhanolti: the view of lower Himalayas from here.

That mesmerizing view!

4. Bangalore-Hyderabad NH7 section. If you like the runways, long straight 4/6 laned roads for the speed runs.

5. NICE Road Bangalore: Scenic at parts and helps get in/out of the city in less time.

6. East Coast Road (Chennai-Pondy):

7. Valparai to Pollachi: 39 hair pin bends overlooking beautiful Aliyar Dam.

8. Ranny-Idukki (Kerala): Beautiful curvy properly marked roads surrounded by trees.

9. Kanyakumari-Tirunelveli (NH7): Windmills all along, very strong cross winds, bikes flying like clothes hung in the open to dry. Unique experience.

10. Offroad trails: The best are the roads that don’t exist — the offroad trails that always take you closer to nature and to more beautiful places.

Yamuna Expressway : For those who love straight well maintained roads.

Pahalgam Valley : Lidder rives flows with you all the way.

Srinagar – Leh : This is heaven.

The perfect never ending straight roads.

Leh – Khardungla – Nubra Valley : The landscape will always keep your right wrist in control.

Landscape after crossing North Pullu.

Wari La – One of the lesser known passes in Ladakh region
We spotted mermots, yaks, horses and no bikes for 100 kms.

Chang La – Pangong Tso :

Tanglang La : Those black curvy threads are the fresh laid roads.
