I was recently sent some chocolate bars by BeeTee’s Melt. BeeTee’s Melt Chocolates is quite a bit different from your usual chocolate bar maker
I tasted all three bars and I have to say that they are very different from other chocolate:
1. BeeTee’s Melt 54% Coconut Milk Chocolate
This is made with prized cacao beans, cacao butter, coconut milk and sweetened with coconut sugar. The chocolate here is sweet, but not overly sweet. In fact, it starts out sweet and milky but then becomes a bit dry and almost gummy. I love the flavors. All in all, I like this bar — a grown-up version of the chocolate/coconut combo. The BeeTee’s Melt 54% Coconut Milk Chocolate is a nice take on the coconut/chocolate combo.
2.BeeTee’s Melt 72% Dark Chocolate with Palm sugar
BeeTee’s Melt 72% Dark Chocolate made from hand-picked cacao beans, cacao butter, and sweetened with palm sugar. As you can see, it is dark and shiny — very nicely tempered. This is my favorite of the BeeTee’s Melt chocolate bars by far. There is a strong aroma on opening the package. Upon putting the chocolate on your tongue, it begins to melt quickly. I would definitely order up this bar again.
3.BeeTee’s Melt 48% Milk Chocolate
BeeTee’s Melt 48% Milk Chocolate made from choice cacao beans, cacao butter, milk solids and sweetened with muscovado sugar. The bar is quite pretty, shiny, well-tempered, and the perfect thickness. Each square breaks off easily and is perfectly sized to eat in a single bite. The milk chocolate melts quickly. The flavor here is surprising! The chocolate was quite sweet, it was smooth and creamy.
it’s always nice to try something new and I was not disappointed. The one thing I love about this chocolate is that it’s so distinctive. if I was in awards judging session for best chocolates then I know this would stand out.
