Palate Fest Pvt. Ltd., the brain child of Ruchi Sibal and Aditi Kapoor are delighted to announce the all new season of PALATE FEST REIMAGINED 2017 in conjunction with IMAGINE FEST 2017 which are being supported by the Ministry of Tourism India – INCREDIBLE INDIA and NDMC.

The three-day extravaganza hits the Nehru Park from the 10-12 February 2017, from 11 AM to 11 PM. Palate Fest Reimagined 2017 is also partnered by Living Foodz and LLOYD (Principle Partner). New Delhi Palate Fest 2014 made groundbreaking history being the first of its kind world-class food festival. After 6 successful festivals in Delhi, Goa and Chandigarh in the last 2 years, Palate Fest is back with its latest edition of the country’s biggest food enthusiasts’ garden party running in parallel with IMAGINE Fest.

Palate Fest is back again with India’s finest restaurants, chefs, entertainers and musicians. Delhi will come alive with tons of culinary experience, a medley of tastings, series of events and celebrations. The Food Festival will host a plethora of chain and standalone restaurants some of them offering an exclusive fine dining experiences, market stalls offering items to take back home and a lot of live entertainment. The most delicious weekend won’t stop here as this season Palate gets much more for you and your family with the exiting addition of elements like treasure hunt, new restaurants to please the consumer palate, a bigger market zone, 2 stages for live entertainment, art installations, kids zone etc.

IMAGINE Fest that will run in parallel with Palate Fest at Nehru Park will present a wide range of talks, forums & discussions from world leaders and will act as a perfect platform for speakers and audience to impart knowledge and exchange thoughts on literature, fashion, and art. The other highlights of the fest will include an open air art gallery showcasing Art Buzz, GNAP (Global Nomadic Arts Project) and YAFA (Young Arts for All) presented by Arts4All and book zone for the consumers to explore.

Foodies will be able to taste and buy many gastronomic delights from the Market Square, which will showcase products from brands like Juice Up, Epigamia, The Food Farm Company, Nutty Gritties, Nourish Organics, Sugarama, Establishment Patisserie, House of Candy (Samkan Products), Keventers, LittlBig, Cravings, Whole Foods, Nachos & Company, Antidote, Beyond Passe, Sinful Bliss, Muskotia Farms, Parvatiya Preserves, Indian Splendor: World’s Finest Teas, Gelato Vinto, The Good Juicery, and Gourmet Bunta Bar. The festival will have some of the renowned chefs from the industry like Sabyasachi Gorai, Vaibhav Mahajan, Rakhee Vaswani and Pankaj Bhadoria showcasing their skills and hosting some live demo cooking sessions.

A food festival is not complete without live music. The 2 live outdoor stages will feature some of the renowned bands and music artist from the industry like Zehen Band, Spaced Cadets – Resident DJ, Tarkash, Chetan and Harry, Ashutosh Sarda Duo, Bhor The Band, Mexican Band – Beleza Pura, Swarveda, Sumit Singh Duo, Rangreza The Band, Drum Circle, Agastya, Euphoria and Adil Khan.

12.00 – 1.00 “Bread, Butter & Books – Food in South Asian Writing” by Bulbul Sharma, Anita Anand, Amrita Bhalla, Presented by The DSC Prize for South Asian Literature. The US $25,000 DSC Prize for South Asian Literature which was instituted in 2010 is one of the most prestigious international literary awards specifically focused on South Asian writing. Its key vision is to showcase and reward the best talent writing about the South Asian region and present it to a global audience
2.00 – 3.00 Techilicious talks with Tech Guru and Brunch columnist Rajiv Makhni
4.00 – 5.00 Surprise Bollywood Session Presented by Hindustan Times
Sunday 12th February
12.00 – 1.00 “Women Voices in South Asian Writing” by Ritu Menon, Pamela Philipose, Sukeshi Kamra Presented by The DSC Prize for South Asian Literature
2.00 – 3.00 A discussion on the evolution and future of designer menswear in the country with FDCI president Sunil Sethi and fashion veterans JJ Valaya and Rina Dhaka Presented by Hindustan Times
