Interesting Read : The Mysterious Death of Elisa Lam …. Can You Solve?

Elisa Lam was a 21-year-old Canadian student studying in Vancouver.  In  January 2013 she embarked, alone, on what she intended to be a tour of  numerous cities on the west coast of the USA. Beginning her holiday in San Diego, she visited the zoo and wrote about  the city on her Tumblr blog, then continued on, arriving in Los Angeles on the  26th of January. There, she checked into Hotel Cecil.

After five days of sightseeing, Elisa was scheduled to check out and  continue her journey to Santa Cruz. On this day though, her parents did  not receive their daily phone call from their daughter. Finding this uncharacteristic of Elisa, they contacted the L.A. police to report her disappearance.

Hotel staff said she was alone on the morning of her disappearance, and the manager of a nearby bookstore, the last person to report seeing her alive, described her as “outgoing, very lively, very friendly,” having come in to buy gifts for her family. Lam also had been diagnosed with bipolar disorder and depression. According to her family (who supposedly kept it a secret), she had no history of suicidal ideations or attempts, although one report claims she had, in fact, briefly gone missing at some earlier time as well. Police proceeded to search the hotel with scent-tracking dogs, but were  unable to search the building to a thorough extent, due to the absence  of any probable cause a crime had been committed. They found nothing. On the 6th of February, the LAPD posted flyers around the  neighborhood, urging anyone with any information to come forward. A week passed with no new leads, and then the case took its first sharp turn towards the bizarre. On February 16, the LAPD released a  surveillance video from the hotel, taken on the 1st of February. The unsettling video depicts Elisa in one of the hotel’s elevators, acting in an extremely bizarre manner. It shows her peeking in and out of the elevator, hiding in the corner, pressing multiple buttons and erratically gesturing and dancing in the hallway outside the elevator.  She then exits the elevator, and the door slides closed and open several times before the video ends.

WARNING : Many people have found this video to be incredibly disturbing & creepy. So, be prepared!

By the time of the video’s release,  media attention around the case was ramping up. It emerged that the Cecil Hotel had a long history of criminal activity, including murders and suicide. The disappearance of a young university student played  heavily on the consciousness of the public, and the baffling and peculiar behavior shown in the elevator video spawned a myriad of theories on Elisa’s disappearance, from drug intoxication, to mental disorders, and even demonic possession.

It was about this time that guests of the hotel began to complain of strange tasting, discolored water and low water pressure in their rooms.  Employees began to investigate the plumbing of the building. On the morning of February 19, an employee went to the roof, where four 1,000-gallon water tanks provided water pumped from the city’s supply for the guest rooms and the kitchen and coffee shop downstairs.

Inside one of the tanks, floating naked next to her clothes and belongings was the partially decomposed body of Elisa Lam.

Autopsy report & unresolved Issues:

The discovery of the body brought up more questions than it seemed to  answer. The autopsy found no evidence of trauma or sexual assault, no traces of illicit drugs, and no evidence that Elisa had attempted suicide. It listed the death as accidental drowning.
The investigation had determined how Lam died, but did not offer an  explanation as to how she got into the tank in the first place. Doors and stairs that accessed the hotel’s roof are locked, with only staff having the passcodes and keys, and any attempt to force them would supposedly have triggered an alarm. However, the hotel’s fire escape could have allowed her to bypass those security measures, if she (or someone who might have accompanied her there) had known.

Apart from the question of how she got on the roof, others asked if  she could have gotten into the tank by herself. All four tanks are 4-by-8-foot (1.2 by 2.4 m) cylinders propped up on concrete blocks; there is no fixed access to them and hotel workers had to use a ladder to look at the water. They are protected by heavy lids that would be difficult to replace from within.

Police dogs that searched through the hotel for Lam, even on the roof, shortly after her disappearance was noted did not find any trace of her,  it was recalled (although they had not searched the area near the water tanks).

Theories about Lam’s behavior in the elevator video did not stop with her death. Some argued that she was attempting to hide from a pursuer,  perhaps someone ultimately responsible for her death, while others said she was merely frustrated with the elevator’s apparent malfunction.

Some proponents of the theory that she was under the influence of club drugs are not dissuaded by their absence from the toxicology screen, suggesting that they might have broken down during the period of time her body decomposed in the tank, or that she might have taken rare cocktails of such drugs that a normal screen would not detect. When her bipolar disorder became known, the theory that she was having a psychotic episode also emerged.

Other viewers argued that the video had been tampered with before being made public. Despite the obscuring of the timestamp, they argued, parts had been slowed down, and they claimed nearly a minute of footage had been discreetly removed. This could have been done simply to protect the identity of someone who otherwise would be in the video but had little or nothing to do with the case, or to conceal evidence if Lam’s  disappearance and death had been the result of a criminal act.

UPDATE :

An even more mind-numbing discovery concerns an outbreak of tuberculosis in Los Angeles at around the same time as Elisa Lam’s disappearance. According to the CDC, 4,500 people were exposed to a drug-resistant form of TB. Incredibly, the name of the TB test used to make this diagnosis was called the LAM ELISA test.  It is a whopping coincidence, one that has actually led online conspiracy theorists to conclude that the Elisa Lam case is part of a much more convoluted false flag biological attack.

Another hint to predictive programming (or an incredible coincidence ) is the similarity of events in the Elisa Lam case with the 2005 American horror film – The Dark Water, where a girl falls into a water tank at the top of a hotel and drowns.

Dark water creeps down into the hotel walls, & amazingly, one of the upper level rooms of the Cecil was reported to be flooded after Lam’s disappearance.
Now, the creepiest part? One of the main characters of the movie is namedCecilia!

Rings a bell ?

Don’t miss the video for some more creepy similarities & chilling information!
Whether this Lam Elisa TB test is an example of predictive programming,  false flag communication, or merely an incredible coincidence, the fact  remains: one can’t rule out the possibility that there is some kind of a coverup going on.
Disturbingly, Elisa’s blog remained active for many months after her death. Auto-posting features may explain this  away, but Elisa’s phone was never found after her death, suggesting an  alternative source of these online updates.

Whatever the reasons maybe behind her death, we’ll never fully know and Elisa Lam’s story is one mystery that perhaps, will never be ever solved!

The cistern lids are not heavy at all. They are thin sheet steel, a child could lift them. The water tanks are easily accessible by climbing onto the maintenance building next to them which has a fixed ladder on it, and then down onto the cisterns.
